BITTERSWEET NOTES © 2005

By Mary Rose Harding

These are my poems…

         poems which resound

from the keyboard of my life

Striking deep chords

of melancholy

And mellifluous notes

of sublime ecstacy.

MINGLING

in a

bittersweet melody…

Only to seek refuge

in these tattered pages

And avoid

the curse

of oblivion!
